How do I save a new document?

You can save documents in three ways:

1. Copy text from an LLM, then open Spec.md and use the clipboard prompt
2. Use the Share Sheet from another app to save directly to Spec.md
3. Import .md or .txt files from your device

What can I organize in Spec.md?

• Folders (up to 2 levels)
• Tags (multiple tags per document)
• Search and sort (updated date / created date / title)

How does the free plan work?

Free users can store up to 5 documents.

Pro subscribers can store unlimited documents and use iCloud sync.

How does iCloud sync work?

iCloud sync is available for Pro subscribers.

When your subscription status changes, Spec.md automatically migrates data between local and cloud storage.
